Good shows to listen to?

I am going to be driving 17 hours to beautiful sunny Las Cruces New Mexico; I have a dvd player in the car but, for good reasons, I can't see the screen.

So what's a good show to listen to instead of watch?

(I like shows like community, house and fringe
I hate parks and recreation, grays anatomy and glee)

Look for old radio shows on Internet Archive. My daughter likes Inner Sanctum a lot.

Does it have to be a TV show? Perhaps track down the Hitchhiker's Guide radio series? As far as podcasts go, I'm a big fan of This American Life.

go with some podcasts. The History of Rome is amazing, and 17 hours is at least enough time to get through the Etruscans to Julius Caesar

documentaries are cool. for some, you dont really need to watch them to get them.
