Good seafood in DC? (w/ easy access from metro)

I am looking for good seafood in DC. I was looking at different places, but I don't know the area too well. I am looking for a place that is in the $10-20 entree range. Also, it needs to have easy metro access. I was thinking about Legal Seafood or a place called Smith Point in Georgetown. I was looking around washingtonpost.com, but they only have $'s and no key as to what actual dollar value ranges for one, two, and three signs mean. Any help would be great.
thanks,
-doug
