Good registry cleaner?

I regularly defrag, virus scan, run adaware, and delete temporary internet files, but I have heard that cleaning the registry is a good thing to do. If so, what is a good, reputable, free, cleaner? Thanks.

If you decide to use this, I suggest the following settings:
Options - Registry Cleanup - Automatic (check)
Options - Registry Cleanup - OLE Cleaner - Extra Powerful (check)
Tools - Registry Cleanup - Do Them All (sit back and relax)

YES they are nice be very careful when you use them and backup your system first. There not perfect and if not properly used well leave your pc in worse shape than when you started

My dad bought the full version, he loves it. It got rid of a lot of problems he was having with his system
