Good quiet powersupply

from what i've heard yea.

but so far i havn't been around for a hotdeal on one🙁 so i just open it up and attach the fans to my fanbus instead😛
 
I paid $66 for mine at Amazon in Feburary. I think they are like $80 there now. The power quality is great. I get only about 1% voltage fluctuations. As for noise, compared to most PSUs it is wonderful. It is not silent however, but the noise is a very constant low airflow noise. There are quieter PSUs like the SilenX, but I doubt they are nearly as reliable.

I jsut got my trupower in, and I'm happy with it. It's not dead silent, but I can't hear my computer at all with very low volume mp3s on, which always are, so it's good enough for me.
 
How are Thermaltake's Silent PurePower PSUs? I'm thinking of getting their 420w version, but is it quiet at all?

The new xasers are very nice. I think the adjustable speed is a great feature. Even the older 420w pure power peforms well, but I was never really sold on the quality of Tt psu's until this one came out. Here a review from system cooling:
