Good QUIET HSF for Socket 370?

Anyone have a suggestion for a good QUIET heatsink for socket 370 tulatin celerons?

I'm using a alpha 6035 with a quiet (21db) 14cfm fan on my celeron 1.0a@1.33 and the idle temp is 42 degrees! (default 1.475v)

Using the intel retail HSF, the idle temp is 36 degrees, but the fan is noisy!

in both case, I'm using AS2.

Any suggestions on a good HSF that will work as well as (if not better) then the intel retail hsf but is quieter then the intel hsf?
