Good QUIET heatsink/fan

I ordered a Zalman 7000 (got it today) - but I have no holes in my MSI micro ATX motherboard to mount this monster. What I am using now is a somewhat standard edition (SQUARE w/ fan on top) Global Win unit - and it is not that quiet.

So is there something out there for me - that would be quiet - and not as large as the Zalman. I am using a micro ATX case - too. Space is tight.

I was also looking for a "quiet" solution for my father's computer (that I built for him last Christmas). I did a lot of research and settled on this Arctic Cooling. It is nice and quiet and has no problem keeping his XP 3000+ nice and cool.

the 1st one weighs less and costs less
the 2nd one cools better, but probably only makes a 3 degree difference..

oops.. i just saw you say that you ordered a zalman 7000.. oh well..
