I just installed EAC and LAME, and WOOHAH these programs kick asssssssss...! 😀

But i've got a question:

I have a Plextor CD drive on an Adaptec SCSI card in W2K. Is it possible for EAC to use my SCSI drive instead of my sh!tty generic IDE? So far I can't seem to get EAC to "see" the SCSI drive, even though it's visible in Device Manager, and usable in Windows, Nero, etc..

Thanks!

Well, CDEX is good. MusicMatch is so-so, and Audiocatalyst is an insult to humanity. At least the part of humanity that is not deaf.

They do indeed!

Sure - you should be able to select it from the drop-down list in EAC. If you can't, try reinstalling EAC and running the setup wizard. I have an external Yamaha SCSI CDRW on an Adaptec card and it worked fine in Win2k, and now in XP.

You're welcome!

Keep up the pimpin', Randy! 😉

Got it. Thanks.

For some reason it wasn't appearing in the Wizard, but I didn't even think to try the drop-down menu.. 🙂
