Good program(s) to test stability

i only use prime95 and sisoft sandra. 3D games are good for stability tests too 😉 prime95 is my favorite because it will tell you pretty quickly if theres invalid data creeping out of your rig.
 
My personal preference is Prime95 + MemTest. If you don't get any errors in either P95 or MT after several hours, then chances are, your system is stable.
 
S & M tester gets you to your max CPU temp readings faster than anything out there. It's not as good at RAM testing, but for CPU, it is FAST.
