Good program/method to strip audio from VCDs?

I have a VCD that I want to strip the audio from and eventually make a CD out of it.
What program will do this??

ive always used tmpgenc using the demultiplex option

yeah its a mpg encoder but you can use it to edit videos....this is the link to it...its free except for mpeg-2 encoding i believe but youre not using it for that

I think VirtualDubMod can demux the audio from the video stream.
