Good price on heatsink and fan?

My computer has been running hot lately and I think the bearing is going in the cheapo fan too. (1.33HGz nit overclocked, mid 60 to 70 C).

I'm looking at the Alpha PAL8045 with a 68CFM Delta fan. The total (w/ shipping) on Pricewatch is 60.75 (20.75 fan and 40 HS). This this a good deal? Are there better fans? Better heatsinks?
 
Thanx, Fat. What do you know about fans? From what I've seen, the Delta a noisy. Are the Sanyo Denki sny better? They have one that is 54CFM.

I crunch Seti@home that keeps my machine at 100% cpu usage 24/7 7 days a week and I have never been above 47C.
I am running a Xp 1700 @ 1555 for 28.00 W/delta 38cfm fan it cant be beat
 
Has anyone done or seen a comparison of fans? Last while monkeying with mine I broke one of the blades off. It still runs but needless to say , it's a "little" louder now. Noise usual iisn't a problem for me but this is too loud. With that said is there a list of fans somewhere that lists the CFM and the dB level?
