Good pre-paid LD card for calling overseas? (Philippines specifically)

So...my wife and I have always used prepaidcall.com to get calling cards. Recently, however, we've had some extremely terrible customer service issues with them, and in this last instance having to dispute the charges for our last purchase (which our bank refunded immediately).

Bing turns up a bazillion websites. Anyone have suggestions for a new company to use?

do you need the physical card or just the PIN?

We sell a shit ton of different ones. No idea what does what but if you are really interested I can check. I personally like this one:

I just like the picture.

We literally sell like 100 different cards and pins but I have no clue which ones are best.

I'll dig into it tomorrow

You local PI Asian market will usually have a decent selection and you can compare rates.

Or have then get on Skype.

I can't believe by now people haven't used Google Voice to do all these. My mom uses my Gv number to call out -- free nationwide and small fee for international, a few cents cheaper than calling card. You can check out the rates. Oh the best feature is auto refill when your balance is low as well as Gmail call out from Pc.

This. I doubt you can find calling card cheaper than Google Voice. Calling cards will nickel and dime you too.

I use MagicJack Plus, set it up in US, mail it out and my friends can call the US for cheap. Much cheaper than calling cards.

sorry it took so long. I had to email someone to find out anything about the things.

Full disclosure: I work for a business that distributes prepaid cell phones. We also supply stores with prepaid calling cards and process transactions for prepaid top ups and international/long distance PINs.

The ones recommended by the rep were "Manny Pacquiao" and "The Card". Manny looks like the better deal: $.07 for landline termination and $0.10 for cell phone.

(Myself and my company make no money or have any interest if purchased through that link)
