What are some good PS1 games?

as stated wipeout XL (racing) is awesome. My favorite game of all time is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (puzzle), for the PS1. Castlevania Symphony of the Night (action adventure I think) is awesome, parappa the rapper (music/other) is cool. What kind of genre's do you like?

If you don't mind the graphics (which really aren't that bad), it's definitely worth it.
 
I hooked mine up last week after about 4 years of sitting in the closet,popped in Gran Turismo and Tomb Raider 1 and was completely disgusted and upset,I dont remember the graphics being so bad! In my mind I remember how awesome it looked at the time.

When I go back and play Atari or Nintendo its not as much of a shock because it was all 2d games but seeing the original PS render 3d is just like wow 🙁

Parappa the Rapper (UmJammer Lammy wasn't nearly as good)
Chrono Cross
Final Fantasy (pretty much anything)
Siphon Filter
Ape Escape
Castlevania: SOTN (one of the best games ever)

That's just a short list. I hate all these newer games that come out, so I went and picked up one of those PSOne's with the little LCD for $30 and got these games and more, and have loved every minute of 'em. They certainly don't make games like they used to.
