Good place to get EverQuest tech support?

I have a very specific problem. The thread is going nowhere in Software, Sony doesn't let you use their tech support boards unless you have registered an account for EQ already (and guess what I can't do because of my tech problem), and they aren't responding to emails. I found similar problems in their "Knowledge Base" but none of the solutions worked.

Where can I get help?

Everquest + customer support... so 3 years ago. Damn, i'm on an EQ thread roll today. Seriously, if it doesn't involve your accout specifically, as in billing etc, you'll get more help from guildmates/friends in a faster time period to boot.

Yeah, it's true. Their CS has degraded... but it's kind of understandable though if you were seeing how confusing their GM and Guide program was. How many servers do they have now? 40? The major problem was the guide program... they've always had a very fast turnover rate, and with so many guides needed for so many servers, some were getting away with abuses.

I agree though, it's a lot worse than it was 3 years ago... but look at other MMOGs, where are the GMs and guides in those? Ever had a problem in AC2? There's no /petition, and goodluck getting an email response... and no official website.

Subscription cost is the same as every other MMOG. Again, what other MMOG has ingame support?

Yeah, i kinda suspected that might... i played it for a bit, couldn't stand the movement system though.
