Good place to download xbox roster updates?

I don't have xbox live, but I would like a roster update for NHL 2006.

I know there was a site that specialized in roster updates that I could put onto my Action Replay.

I believe the site had roster updates and saved games for all types of sports games on all consoles.

Anyone know a good source? Google turned up nothing.
