Good place to buy electonic components?

I need to buy a few variable resistors and some SMD pin grabbers. I looked at fry's yesterday and i couldnt find the right resistance values i needed. I wanna do some volt mods to my motherboard, and i would prefer not to ghetto-rig resistors in parellel/series to get the right values. Thanks

ive looked at radio crap before and i dont think they have the little SMD grabbers. i know of a place i can get those, but they require a minimum 20$ purchase for mail orders, and i dont wanna do that.

I used digi key when I was doing some electronic stuff at my last job, but not sure what shipping is or if theres a minimum, I just told them whant I needed
