Good partition utility without reformatting?

I want to partition out some empty space from either my OSX partition or Vista's NTFS, but does anyone know of a good partition utility that won't mess up anything at all?

Thanks in advance.

How safe is it? When I try to resize my OSX partition in Disk Utility a warning about the partition being done for Boot Camp and I could run the risk of not making Windows bootable.

Well, what you could do, is use Disk Utility to reduce the size of your OS X partition, then, using Partition Magic (or actually, I thought that Vista could dynamically partition as well) on the Windows side, to take over that space and claim it as Vista's.

I'm not positive, but I think if you boot via your OS X disc and then use Disk Utility there.. it will do it all without deleting your partitions, etc...

Again, not positive, but you could try it, and see if it gives you a warning?
