Good OTC medications for nasal congestion?

I have a cold and basically one side of my nose is clogged. I am looking for some type of medication that will alleviate this. Any suggestions?

Doesn't matter. Sudafed alleviates inflammation of glands in your nose that are responsbile for clogginess and fluids leaking out of nostrils and back down your throat.

I don't have any plans to do any meth but I do have plans to unclog this clogged nose. It's VERY highly irritating. I couldn't even sleep last night. I kept waking up every hour.

No. Unless it's the "cold and sinus" variety.

Look on the ingredients for pseudoephedrine.

So pseudoephedrine is the main ingredient that helps to fix nasal congestion? I take Adderall and I'm wondering if that'll help. I haven't taken it today though because I'd rather not take it when I'm sick. Yes, I'm prescribed Adderall for ADD.

Adderall might have some decongestant effects (one side effect is "dry mouth") but it might not. Dunno.

Pseudoephedrine works (most of the time), it's cheap and otc.

Yeah I'm just going to get me some Sudafed. I can't stand being stuffed up like this. It's really just annoying lol.
