I once ordered a PC for my mom and brother from Dell, it arrived the NEXT DAY. The estimated time on their website was like 5 days.

yeah Dell is pretty sweet (for prebuilt systems anyway). I bought a laptop, it was estimated to be constructed and shipped in 2 weeks or so (there was backordered parts) and a week and a half later it was on my doorstep 😀

Dell is like scotty on star trek, always over estimating the time it takes and then looking like a miracle worker when it gets done in half the time.

Dell's being pretty good on delivery time especially on their laptops.

The fastest delivery they made to me in Hawaii was the next day. I ordered @ 8AM, Hawaii time, and Fedex had it on my doorstep the next day @ 4PM. Imagine my surprise.

Normally, my experience has been 3days to a week.

I emailed my rep this morning when the stuff came in just to let her know everything good and I was thankful for the quickness:

I drove it there myself. I was on planes, trains and automobiles and, there was an unfortunate experience with a rickshaw.
