Good NTFS Resizer

Can anyone recommend me to a reliable NTFS Resizer that works without fault?
Are there any free solutions?

And after backing up run chkdsk on the volumes prior to resizing. Most of the problems I've had resizing volumes are related to problems with the volumes themselves (not the application doing the resizing).

Make sure you have backups.
However I've used ntfsresizer (mentioned in qbek post) many times w/o problems. And unless Partition Magic improved (haven't used for long time) - I don't recommend using it.

I would reccomend backing up as well, but I did not have any problems when cutting 15 GB out of my NTFS partition for Linux filesystems. (ie. good ones)

Backup is first and foremost. I have used PMagic 8 to resize C partition many times. Have done it witn NTFS, but - another was with PM8 is to first convert the partition to FAT32. Then resize it - then put it back to NTFS. Should be no problem - done it several times.
