Good news for TA780G M2+ owners.

I just installed bios revision A78GMA31 on my Biostar TA780G M2+ and now my memory timings are actually what I set them to in bios instead of being 2 - 3 lower for tRC and tRAS like they were with the previous version 🙂 This is good news for everyone trying to fine tune that high end uber sensitive memory as it removes the guesswork.

They also made a few more memory related tweaks but the rest are insignificant compared to the memory timing fix 🙂

CPU Prefetch is also available in the bios with the latest revision I noticed 🙂

Thanks for the heads up. I realized my board was still on the May bios. Feels good to be at the latest and greatest now. There are a bunch more options in the BIOS now, which is cool. I'm not OCing this machine or anything and everything is at stock but I like the idea of running a more mature BIOS regardless.

Hmm. I see what you're seeing. I updated my BIOS by using the automated windows utility.

Any word on Deneb support for their 780g or 770 chipsets?

1x 770, 2x 780g

Thanks for digging that out ...

It looks like I'm 2 for 3 (the A770 A2+ is not yet qualified)

I'm in the same boat - my g/f has a TA770 A2+, and I hope it gets to be Deneb qualified.

Fortunately my TF8200 is.
