Good network printer recommendation ?

I need to get a better industrial network printer.. Right now I have the Xerox 332 ST Document center, we output around 30,000 copies a month
It's a TCP/IP network printer. IT crashes OFTEN, actually has a HD in it..

Large PDF has no problem, but complex graphics hangs the printer, ie powerpoint.. so If we switch to B&W output, it'll be faster but pics are crappy

Often gets memory error with the 64mb, xerox tech are baffled..

so I'm looking for recommendation, I haven't see but there is Canon, Minolta, etc.etc.. what do you guys use at work ?
Requires a high capacity 8.5x11, a tray for 8.5x14, 11x17

Any idea or suggestions... pleease
 
I work at a newspaper company, and we have a couple of printers. The production department uses a Minolta QMS printer (can't remember the model number off the top of my head). The Minolta can print on large sheets of paper. We have 2 HP LaserJet 2100N printers and one HP 4050N for regular printing. We also have a Color Laserjet 4500N for printing ads. Hope this helps.
