I want a good MP3 player that doesn't use that much system recources. Whenever I try running a game with WinAMP in the background it goes really slow. Any good players that you guys use or recommend? I only need a few features, like shuffle, repeat, playlists...

Thanks

Aureal Vortex SQ1500, newest version of winamp, and I have all the visual stuff turned off. But do any of you know of a good alternative to Winamp?

I read a comparison a while ago comparing winamp/sonique and whole bunch of other .mp3 players and apparently winamp is the least resource intensive.

almost all games i've played work with winamp in the background. most of the time it helps the game, via motorcross madness ;)

winamp is the least intensive i've seen, if that lags you've got a prob, it's not the software. try turning down options, etc. they have an extensive list of things you can customize in order to optimize it for your system.
