Good mobo for overclocking 3.06b and pc2700 ram?

hey guys i have a 3.06b and 2gbs of pc2700 ram. i was going to sell these off or trade for a 3.0c and 2gbs of pc3200 but i can't find buys for the pc2700, so i'm thinking of just overclocking the two instead. that having been said, i need a good overclocking mobo. any reccomendations?

abit fans huh? anything good from asus?
