Alright folks, I'm still in the process of getting all the parts for my first newly built computer I'm going to give an attempt at...Now comes the memory part

Here are my specs so far:

and I'm going with an amd 64 3500 + venice core most likely....Budget wise I really don't want to go anywhere over 200 just for a 1g of memory..and yes thats how much I wanna go with 1gb for now....What would you guys recommend that is reliable and good for 1gb
 
is it me or do none of those links go to specific items, just front pages? except the newegg which gives me an error.

anyway, be sure the psu is 24 pin if you are getting a dfi nf4. the vx is great but if you don't want to pump the high voltages through like me then the ocz el plat 3200 rev2 is your ram.
 
from what i've seen its good stuff. AG at dfi street even has a bios guide post #4 for you to get a jump 🙂

i ahve the el plat rev 2. if you want another opinion email andyocz at dfi.street of theres an ocz support thread in cpu forum here. but it looks good.
