Building my computer based on Anand's Overclock Guide for April. My choice of CPU that i'll be using is a AMD 45 Watt MOBILE Athlon XP 2600+. My Motherboard of choice is a ABIT "NF7-S" NForce2 Motherboard. As for Memory, is this OCZ PC3700 GOLD Rev.2 a good memory to overclock with my motherboard and cpu? Will I get the most out of it? How far can I go? (sorry about all these questions, I'm extremely curious and wish to overclock big time!) If this isn't good enough, can you recommend any other RAM? I'm willing to squeeze the most juice out of this puppy. I know it doesn't have to be this SPECIFIC kind of memory, that's why i'm asking to find out if there are any better/cheaper ones out there. I'd like to know. SPANKS folks

Do all your bus speeds match? It would be a waste to use 3700 on a mb that only supports 2700. Judging from your chipset, I'll assume it supports 3200.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you much with OC'ing, however my suggestion is that the more expensive the ram, the more luck you'll have with OC'ing it, however I cannot be absolutely sure...

From what I've heard and tried on my own NF7-S, they only take 220FSB at the most, some can't even hit 200. So I'd suppose PC3700 would be somewhat of a waste when you could just get 3200 and o/c it to the max allowed by the board. I'm building basically the same system, just with 3200. If you like spending the money you could always get lower latency 3200.
