Good linux distro for laptop?

I'm looking for opinions on what would be a good distro for my laptop. I have a Toshiba Satelite Pro, P4 1.7 M, 512 DDR, Nvidia G4 GO Video Chipset, Yamaha Sound, Intel VE 10/000, and a Netgear MA-401 Wifi Card. Thanks!

SuSE 9.1 will rock on this lappy, then again so would Debian, Mandrake, Fedora, Gentoo and Slackware. I however am a SuSE freak. 🙂 SuSE 9.0 runs beautifully on my Compaq 3015US P4 2.4 (Desktop chip) with 1GB RAM, SIS650 Video, 16" panel @1280x1024, 60GB 5400RPM HDD and Linksys 802.11G card (yes G, using Linuxant wrapper)

I was just wondering the same thing for my Dell Inspiron 8000. I ended up installing Fedora Core 1 on it today and it is working well so far. I have my Dell TrtueMobile 1150 PC card working with it and I am posting this message from it right now. One more thing, does anyone know if how to hotswap PC cards? I have my Dell wireless card and a dLink 10/100 card that does not seem to work when I swap the 2. I have tried rebooting and that did not help.

The latest "universal cd" will detect whether or not your machine is a toshiba laptop, so I'm assuming it adds some functionality if you do have one.
