Good laptop for around 700-900$?

Hey may someone please tell me a good laptop i could get around for 700-900$?

I would really appreciate if it comes and amd processor, plus a dvd burner, atleast 512 ram, a decent graphics card that can atleast run some 1 year old games like half life? and maybe around 80-100GB harddrive. I dont know much about laptops so i would really appreciate all the help..
 
I remember looking at some ads from costco? a toshiba that ran up to about 800$, but powered by pentium d and probably with integrated video.. 🙁
 
yeah just checked on newegg and it appears all the laptops within the price range i wanted are all integrated.. I guess the only games i'll look into only playing emulator games and such with this laptop.
 
Dell deals, look at GottaDeal.com for coupons and choose a model like the E1505 that has options like the Radeon x1400. Price for a Core Duo with 1 GB and x1400 should be around $800 with coupon.
 
Radeon 1100 motherboard integrated shared-memory graphics are pretty weak compared to the ATI Radeon X1400 128MB dedicated memory graphics I mentioned for the Dell.

Intel motherboard graphics are dog-awful, run away!

Of your 3 choices, the Newegg Acer Turion X2 is the best, but the graphics really are weak.
