good gun for "disassembling"?

I have a springfield XD and love it.. however, I have the service (not that great for carrying..)

What's a good gun that's small enough for CC but fun to take apart? I really want a 1911 but haven't seen a compact/sub that I like

The Keltec's are very glock-like in disassembly and also very small. IMHO cleaning is no fun. I just cleaned 4 last night (2 rifles, and 2 handguns).

uggh it's not an EASE thing.. I enjoy messing with mechanical stuff. I WANT something that's IS complicated.. my xd is about as easy as it gets

Well, I must admit that I much prefer firearms that can be field-stripped in the field without having to carry tools.

I just got a Marlin 60 22LR that is the first firearm that I own that needs a screwdriver and allen wrench in order to clean it. Yuck. Everything else that I own can be disassembled with my bare hands.

Stranger yet, he appears to be asking for a gun that is HARD to disassemble. What a world!

What is with all of the gun threads lately? Is there going to be some revolution I haven't heard about?

Have you looked @ this country in the last 6 years?
