According to EBWorld they have TFC2 coming out in July and Condition Zero in November. What is this world coming to. Which means that most likely both will be released in 2004 and/or that CZ will use Valve's new TFC2 Engine. Let's wait and see.

TEAM FORTRESS 2
Pre-Order: Ships on 7/14/2003

Half-Life Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
Pre-Order: Ships on 11/1/2003

hah TF2 preorder...
that was been bein advertised when I started college

too bad I've already graduated twice
lol

from what i have read CZ is using a heavily modified half-life engine, they are upping the graphics etc, and it is going to backwards compatible with current CS games so both older gamers and the people that buy the new game can paly together. adding more models more guns and better models, insanly better models. So i dont think it is going to use the TFC2 Engine unless the TFC2 engine is also the same Half-life engine modded again.

One hit wonder.

BTW not ment as a thread crap.😀

I don't think it's Valve that sux, more of Sierra. I had a boycott of them for years b4 Halflife. After Halflife, I haven't bought anything since. (Tho my boycott of Interplay is still going strong!)

=)

What do mean its not valve, what have they done after HL?

TFC2 is like four years late?

I dont think valve is one for one, were is TFC2?

Like I said its 3 to 4 years late, thats not the score I give them.

Don't be so hard on Sierra.

Played the Quest for Glory series?
Well, actually most of their Quest games rocked 🙂

Quest was good, whenever it didn't crash or lockup.

My bias against Sierra I guess comes from my 486 days when everything they developed themselves seemed to either bite or was bugged.

Looking at them now, they have *published* some good games (AVP series, NOLF, HL, Tribes, etc...), but they weren't made by Sierra, which I guess is the difference.

how about space quest, leisure suit larry, kings quest to name a few LONG-running series, Sierra WAS the adventure game company back in the day, up there with Lucasarts
