Good Graphics Card Deal?!

Newegg has one day sale on these cards:

Gigabyte ATI RADEON 9200 128MB Model GV-R92128DH RETAIL $65.00
VGA CHAINTECH Geforce FX 5200 128MB DDR . RETAIL BOX $59.99

Are these good deals for the cards around such price range, or I can get a better like the Ti4200 or higher? Is the Gigabyte ATI a true 128 bit?

I really need to upgrade my graphics card but don't know what's the best card to get around the $60 price range! Thanks for everyone's help and appreciate your quick comment as I may need to buy this today for the one day sale.

Your best bet may be to go to the For Sale/For Trade forums and find someone getting rid of their Ti4200/4400/4600. All of which are good cards and could be around $75ish used. Haven't browsed in a little while, but I just replaced my Ti4200 with a 5900ultra and thought about selling the ti4200 for around $75. I decided against it and would rather keep it as a backup for my kid's machine.

Actually... a GeForce3 Ti200 would be better than either of those first two you mentioned.
