Good games to play with co-workers in office over network?

Just wondering what are some good games do you guys play with your co-workers on a slow day/friday afternoon?

LOL i manage pretty much the whole network and uses the most bandwith.

at work you don't want to play something that's fast paced when you need to answer the phone sometimes.....

so try

heroes of might and magic 3 (4 will be out soon)
jagged alliance (it's awsome when you snipe and kill your buddie's merc with one shot)
