What is a good 2 player game for PS2 that my girlfriend would also enjoy. She always comes over and I play like Soul Calibur 2 or something which of course she doesnt like. I need recommendations on a game that we could play together that she would also like. Something like Mario Party or Mario Kart (if I just had a gamecube...) or some kind of good puzzle game.

Might your gf like The Sims? It's not the #1 best selling game of all time because only guys dig it. ;)

Yea, she liked the Sims. She played it on her PC for a long time. But that's done now and it's not really a 2 player game anyway.

Try the rhythm games like Parappa the Rappa 2, Amplitude, dance dance revolution, Guitaroo Man, Space Station No. 5, etc . . ..

Go find her a copy of Amplitude. My wife has logged many many hours on it. You can also play online with this game. Simple yet fun. By far the best music game and I don't even like music games, I'm a Socom II man myself.

You should be able to find Amplitude cheap and used.

Top Spin for xbox is an appropriate successor of virtua tennis. Easy to pickup and the controllable attitude scenes between points are great for party types.
