Good FTP programs?

ncftp runs on Windows, might need cygwin though, I'm not sure cause it's been a while since I've run Windows.

FlashFXP is a really good ftp program, and CuteFTP is a pretty decent ftp program as well.

SmartFTP good and free. FlashFXP better but not free.

It runs natively on Windows as well.

I use both the client and the server. Very happy with it, and it is free... (Really free, not that free with spyware crap)
