Filezilla is the best free GUI FTP client.
I switched from FlashFXP to Filezilla and have been pretty pleased.

It's not free but I like PowerDesk Pro (from v-com.com). Why hava a separate FTP program that "has an Explorer-like interface", when you can have an Ultra-Explorer program that has integrated, drag'n'drop winzip, multi format file viewers, FTP, etc. all integrated?

sftp is not interchangeable with ftp.
