Good, Free Desktop news ticker?

I downloaded the FOX ticker, but I didnt really like it. I would like a ticker that can be placed anywhere on either of the screens in my dual montior setup (the fox one cant do this).

Has anyone used any of these and have any suggestions?

gDesklets for linux would do it I'm sure. I'm guessing you mean for windows, so in that case this post serves as a bump.

The BBC has a nice one, except "We do not currently provide versions for Windows XP or Mac OS X, however we do plan an upgrade which will include these versions later this year."
