Good fan for PAL8045?

i dont want tons of noise but i would like as much cooling as possible also where is a good place to buy the heatsink possibly with a fan for cheap that is als reliable?

36 dba is a little loud for me. I've been thinking about the PAL8045 and if I get one I was planning on putting on of the Panaflo fans on it. There are three models, L1a M1a and H1a. I have a 120mm L1a and its very quiet. Panaflo is really good.

Ive got a 53CFM 38 dB mechatronics fan that I'll be putting on in a few days, hope it works good

Panaflo - can't remember the model #, but it's a 40CFM/32DBa. Cools this computer like a dream...

What processor you got? And what kind temperatures?
