Good Domestic Phone Card?

I've tried phone cards from Radiant, NEC, and SA Communications. They all claim rate X, and when I use the card it turns out to be rate 3X, 5X, and 8X. Every time I call and complain they say they're going to add minutes, and sometimes they do, but they never resolve the heinous overcharging problem.

Do any of you guys know of a quality company that actually charges the rates they claim? Thanks

Nobelcom.com has good rates. I know someone who used one of their international calling cards and it worked well for them. Just read the terms closely (some bill in 1, 2, or 3 minute increments, have maintenance fees, etc.)
