here is what i have, i have this file server i'm building.

i have 6 older UW scsi drives in a raid 5 array with 1 hotspare (so 7 total) this is spread over 3 channels, all hardware assited, 128mb of cache ram

i'm going to add 3 200gb eide drves in another raid 5 array, but not until the end of the summer

as it is right now, the raidmax case i have is too small for all 6 drives and 3 more eide drives.

the psu which is 420W is only able to powerup 5 of the scsi drives, so i think i'mna need a 500-600W psu

for how old the raid card is it screams with 6 drives in it, i benched the array in my friend computer and it pushed out 95mb/s in raid 5

what what i really want to know is are there any decent cases that can hold 10 hds plus 1 cdrom drive and is pretty large, cause the raid card i have ia long and actually intrudes on the hd cage at the bottom. i would like most the the hds to fit in 3.5 cages, i dont want to have to buy cadys for the 5.25" drive bays.
also 120mm fans work best for me, but i'd also like fan mounts in from of the drive bays for cooling, cause these scis drives get midly hot, they are not 10k drives but they are 7.2k rpm drives.

what i'm looking for is space, and i'm willing to spend up to $120 without PSU.

also can anyone suggest a PSU that is decenlty priced and pretty reliable

That is a nice case on the same design used by Antec, Enermax, Aspire, Thermaltake, etc. Athena also has the same with a rectangle pattern on the front rather than the round holes. Look at the Codegen S-101 and 9000 series (dealsonic.com had more styles of those than newegg). And keypower.com has a couple of interesting designs: Link . Enlight, Chenbro, InWin and YeongYang have a couple that might work too, but you may not find them at places like newegg (may be difficult to find a place to buy 'em at all - try froogle.google.com .
