The Michelin Pilot Super Sport is supposed to be a better tire than the PS2 and is cheaper, at least in my tire sizes(275/35-19). The gift certificate is available with the Super Sports also.

The SS are in pretty limited sizes, the PS2's are still a favorite for many.

The SS's give you a 30k mile warranty. Tests have shown them to be a toss up really...

in real tire sizes the PS2s are very expensive. (real tire sizes are 255+) 😉

I'm not knocking the deal, as the deal is the gift card.

Seems to me that most prefer the new model of the PS2 from reading forums. Michelin also says the Super Sport stops quicker, produces better lap times, and last longer than the PS2. Since it is also a little cheaper it seems like an easy choice to me.
