good deal?

It's ok. Not a great deal, but not terrible. I got my 2500k on a great deal...processor, motherboard and 16 GB of RAM for $330 including tax. I don't know enough about that Intel board to know if it's significantly better than some other deals you can get with combo stuff, though if that's the price of the mobo, you're getting a good deal on the CPU.
