I've been scouring the web for a good price on a Geforce2 GTS card. This is the best I've found and I don't know whether it's a good deal or not.

At buy.com, they have a GEFORCE2 GTS 32MB DDR AGP4X VIDEO CARD for $170 and after the $30 off if you buy something over $150, it becomes $140. $146 after shipping, I think. The card is by GigaByte. I've only read one review on it and it seems like the average GTS card. However, the card is on backorder. I don't know whether to buy it because I don't know when they'll have it in. What do you guys think?

The price is good. Just order it and if they do not have any stock later and will have to cancel it, you have nothing to lose.

i'd definitely wait...there's better prices out there (such as the buy.com deal for 130)and the prices are still dropping..unfortunately, i got mine for 180 about 5 months ago and at that time it was an awesome price

And the Dartek one is??

Also, the buy.com deal for $130? I thought the buy.com gts for $140 was the best on buy.com.

Found something interesting: Gigabyte's gts is GA-GF2000, not GA-GF2000D as on buy.com. As I searched for GA-GF2000 for reviews, there were tons, but when I searched for GA-GF2000D, there were only a few results by retailers selling the GA-GF2000D. Could the reason buy.com is selling the GA-GF2000D for only $170 be because maybe the 2000D is a earlier revision than the GA-GF2000 and not as powerful?
