I noticed the dot pitch on the 997DF was being measured horizontally to get the 0.20mm. I think the diagonal is 0.25mm which is pretty good, too. It definitely has a very clear, sharp, and BRIGHT picture! Where is the 10% off coupon you mentioned? That would be great if I could use that, too!

I just measured the deepness of the monitor. It is about 18 inches deep. Oddly, it's barely deeper than my 17" Viewsonic E773 was.
