good cpu fan?

what is a good, cheap cpu fan that is quiet (very important), effective, and easy to install? It is for an Athlon 1ghz processor (not XP).

GC68 series from http://www.svc.com have not used the GC69 but have used that fan tho..

GC68/stock fan cools my 1800 B@2000 fairly ok...40c ..ambient room is @ 80F ...the stock GC68 fan could stand to be replaced if you notice your temps are a little high..check out svc's selection of 3pin 80mm ones..that Crystal Blue LED blinker pushes quite a bit of air... ...if you get either one of these I strongly suggest that you lap the bottom as they do come coated with some type of clear-coat..I use 600 grit emery cloth..then after cleaning with clean paper towels and isopropyl alcohol rub AS3 in like AS instructions show..gl
