Good CPU fan?

I currently have a 80mm Sunon fan that came with my Thermalright SK-7 cooler. But it is the loudest in my case. I have two coolermaster blue led fans which i love (quietest). Then a stock antec casefan with my antec case (2nd loudest). Then my sunon (loudest)

Question: what are people's opinions on efficient but quiet 80mm cpu fan? Are there any good sleeve bearing fans with 3 pin connection?

I've had good luck w/ Panaflo's (see sig). it all just depends on what processor you're cooling and what kind of OC'ing you want to do if any. there's no ONE good fan. btw, the folks in Cases/Cooling would be a better crowd to ask about this.

YS-Tech adjustable series fans are also quite popular. I have one of those in my AMD rig.

If you don't mind the fans being a bit loud for your taste... you could always go for Thermaltake's Smart Fan 2 (It's in orange color) - it looks cool, it goes at 5200 RPM on one of the three settings of the fan, and it competes against Vantec's Tornado (or Stealth? not sure which - the one with the 83 CFM airflow).
