Here ya go this is exactally what I use:
AMD XP-1600 BAREBONE SYSTEM W/ ECS K7S5A, & ATX MID TOWER w/powersupply
http://www.econopc.com/applications/search/itemdetails.asp?sku=BBECXP1600
Price = 139.95 + 37 for 256mb of ddr 2100 crucial memory
Here is some advice, ignore people telling you to purchase what they define as "better hardware" for twice what you can afford to pay.
If you are using this computer for nothing but general use, stealing music, surfing the net, and playing video games this system with a nice video card (i personally have a geforce4 ti 4200 128mb) which it sounds like you already have, is just fine. Sure you can go with a nice little pentium 4 system and have all sorts of performance on paper, cool benchmarks to show your friends, and $1000 more debt but when it comes to video game performance you won't see more then 10% variance in performance if any for years and years and years...and then you can just spend $200 again and be okey again, not to mention alot richer...okey im done talking now
