I'm looking at the Core 2 Duo E6300, an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe. Is this a good combo? I currently am running an Athlon XP 1700+ so it'd be a huge upgrade.
It looks like you can easily overclock the E6300 to at least 2.4 ghz too, even on a stock heatsink.
Oh, and what's the difference between OEM and Retail??? There's like a $50 difference between the same mobo.
