Good Combo ? Thunderbird 800-1ghz and Asus A7V

Planning on building a new pc and was wondering if this would be a good set-up.
Thunderbird Socket A 800mhz-1ghz
Asus A7V

Swap out the A7V for a MSI K7T Pro2-A. It's simply the best KT133 motherboard out there right now, and is cheaper than the A7V.

Ive never tried the MSI board but I love my A7V. Aside from having to update the bios for Win2000 it is awesome. A good fast board with my T-Bird 700.
