What would be a good choice for an AGP or PCI graphics card for outputting to a TV? I am setting up an old PC to view movies and pictures on my TV, but my graphics card doesn't have an s-video or RCA out. I want something very cheap, probably on ebay, but I don't really know what would be a good buy. I noticed that a lot of people go with fx5200 for tv output, but they are around $35-40, which is a little more than I wanted to spend.

Probably....I had an older Geforce2 with Tv-out but it was not as sharp as the XGI. XGI cards are not great for gaming, but they are known to be very good for TV-out

Oh, okay. I had never heard of XGI so I was wary of buying a card from them because I was afraid they would have problems hooking up to a TV, but if that is what they are known for I may have to look into the V3.
Thanks.
