I'm looking to upgrade my PC a bit, and I can get a DFI NF3 socket 754 for about 80 bucks.... I have a limit of about 200 total (not including hsf/fan, and I have ram already). I was wondering what would be a good processor that would OC and give good performance.
Right now I have a 2400 mobile on an Abit NF7-rev 2 mobo with a gig 'o ram, which i could probably sell the proc + mobo for about 120.
I was looking at this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819104207 (sempron 3100 paris) as I hear they overclock very well and give good performance. and that would make my upgrade only about 60 bucks if I can sell my old parts.
