For about $50 you can get the Biostar M7NCD. I've used this MB several times and never had problems. If you are not building for gaming you can get the M7NCG 400 with built-on GF4 MX440 for about $65 and you won't need a video card.

The boards he listed are for socket 462 AMD cpus.

This is the best board for $50 and it's has a nForce2 chpset
